A wooden propeller barge with a 765 ton displacement and was 186 ft. x 33 ft.
Built in 1868 Arizona caught fire December 4, 1922 and without adequate water
hose protection was towed 1.5 miles upstream where her sea cocks were opened and
she sank into 25 ft. of water.
She is located southwest of the ferry landing on the south shore of Wolfe Island
near the red buoy.
